Our motto is…
“Hobbyists Helping Hobbyists”
|
|
The International Vehicle Appraisers Network
(I-VAN) is a nationwide association of Automotive Hobbyists who are also
Automobile Appraisers. We appraise Antique, Classic & Special Interest
Vehicles (including street rods, customs, etc). We also appraise Automobilia
(automotive collectibles) and automotive art. Some of our appraisers also do
Diminished Value and Lemon Law Appraisals.
All of our appraisers are National Judges for
the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) as well as for many other
national car clubs. All appraisers attend a Training School, do field
training assignments, and home study before certification. |
 |
|
None of our appraisers is involved in any
type of employment, etc that could possibly result in a potential or actual
conflict of interest (i.e.: restoration, repair, fixing, painting, insuring,
buying/selling, exporting, transporting, etc of vehicles). |
 |
At the International Vehicle
Appraisers Network we understand collectable vehicles, the hobby, and the
marketplace. We are active in the hobby and we own the types of cars,
trucks, motorcycles, art, and Automobilia that we appraise.
Whenever you need an appraisal for a
Pre-Purchase Inspection, Insurance Value, Insurance Claim Settlement,
Selling a Car, Donation, Estate Settlement, etc remember our motto
“Hobbyists Helping Hobbyists” and contact your fellow hobbyists at the
International Vehicle Appraisers Network |

At the Annual Meeting of the Antique Automobile Club of America, February
9-11, 2007 in Philadelphia, we will celebrate our 7th
Anniversary! We will welcome hundreds of AACA Members at our Trade Show Booth
and will give away a free appraisal. Working in
the booth at one time or another will be: Jeff Locke, Rick Marsh, Bill Smith, Ken Farley, Rick Lay, John Kefalonitis, Frank Snyder, Jack
Disher, Bill Krieger, Alan Orenstein, Al Terek and Seth Pancoast.
|
|
Many
of our appraisers will have significant responsibilities at the convention. I-VAN
Founder and Executive Director, Jeff Locke, will conduct the Antique Automobile
Appraisal Seminar (which he started at the request of AACA in 1999) as well
as the Classic Car Seminar (7th year). Rick Marsh, I-VAN
Field Training Manager, will preside over the Mopar Seminar. All I-VAN Appraisers present also
will attend
one of the five AACA National Judging Schools offered Saturday morning.
Rick Lay will conduct Judging Seminars and the Judging school for Judges
with less than 10 credits. I-VAN appraisers contributions to this
event is evidence of their commitment to the organization's motto of
"Hobbyists Helping Hobbyists". |
